Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated ability to provide professional, empathetic, and accurate customer support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfort navigating multiple systems and tools concurrently
• High attention to detail and ability to follow established workflows, policies, and procedures
