Credit Union of Atlanta is seeking an experienced professional to serve as its Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors and the President/CEO.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field, required
- Three years of administrative or related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this job, required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Good interpersonal skills
- Typing 60 wpm
- Organization and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Time management skills; and the ability to meet deadlines
- Management and security of confidential information
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe)
- Pleasant and neat appearance
- Some light lifting
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Will work on the computer for long periods of time
