Requirements
- Problem-solving and emotional resolution skills
- Experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Financial services related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations skills
