Requirements
- Self-driven and career-minded individual
- Experience in fast-paced sales or customer service environment
- 1+ year of call center experience (helpful, not required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus and receives additional compensation
- Financial services related experience a plus, not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations skills
- Experience using Salesforce and Vonage preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent education required, Bachelor’s degree a plus
