Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for interfacing with prospective residents, handling day-to-day issues with current residents, and coordinating the renewals of existing leases. They will provide excellent service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community, and effectively lease apartments in accordance with budget guidelines.

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Three to six months related experience and/or training
• Professional and enthusiastic demeanor resulting from sales, leasing, marketing or customer service experience
• Excellent customer service, sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication and listening skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge in Entrata preferred
