Leasing Manager

Responsible for managing and directing the community’s marketing, sales activities, leasing team members, and other resources to achieve established revenue, occupancy, and leasing goals and objectives.

Requirements

• High School diploma and two years related experience and/or training
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Professional and enthusiastic demeanor resulting from sales, leasing, marketing or customer service experience
• Excellent customer service, sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication and listening skills
• Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge in Entrata preferred
