Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to join our team at The Constellations Program. As a founding team member, you will be part of a school dedicated to children with extensive support needs. You will develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with exceptionalities and work closely with other educators, specialists, and families to meet the unique needs of each student.
Requirements
- BA or BS Degree
- Louisiana Teacher Certification in Special Education (or equivalent certification in another state)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of colleagues, parents, families, and community members
