Chief Engineer

Discover the unique charm and character of La Posada de Santa Fe, a Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa. We are looking for our next great team member to lead our Engineering team and manage and supervise all of Engineering staff and the maintaining and maintenance of the hotel.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a facilities or maintenance technician role.
• EPA Universal Certification – Required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) – Required.
• Previous hotel maintenance experience – Preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, laundry machinery, and AV/security systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as needed.
