Chief Engineer

Chief Engineer for The Source Hotel in Denver's RiNo Arts District, overseeing maintenance and operations of the hotel's physical plant to ensure a safe and exceptional environment for guests and team members. As the leader of the Engineering function, you will preserve the integrity of this one-of-a-kind property while supporting its continued growth and success.

Requirements

• Manage and supervise all Engineering staff and hotel maintenance operations
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repair programs for all building systems, equipment, and physical assets
• Monitor life safety systems, utilities, and mechanical/electrical systems to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with all corporate standards and local, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain the overall condition of the property, including guest rooms, public areas, grounds, and rooftop amenities
