Job Description
We are looking for a PBX Operator to join our Front Office team at Hotel Republic San Diego, Autograph Collection. As a PBX Operator, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls, directing calls to appropriate lines, transcribing messages, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Requirements
- Experience in a hotel or high call-volume industry
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
