Client Access Representative - Bilingual position responsible for creating, modifying, and rescheduling patient appointments, providing clinical front office support, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years' experience in customer service
- 1-2 years' experience in the medical field or prior call center experience
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both Spanish and English
