Navigator - Gender Clinic (69118)

This position will support general coordination of gender specific navigation services at the agency. The Navigator will work with providers, nursing, and call center to streamline linkage and care for clients seeking gender-focused services at CrescentCare and in the community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4 years of community experience such as case management, peer support, community health worker
• 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting
