Outbound Supervisor

The Outbound Supervisor oversees daily outbound logistics and order fulfillment operations, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company standards. They prepare and optimize delivery routes, generate manifests, and lead logistics and fulfillment staff.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, or related field
• Experience in a distribution or highly regulated environment preferred
• Prior experience leading or training team members preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict policies and procedures
• Experience with inventory control, order fulfillment, and compliance processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in MS Office, inventory/order management systems (Metrc, Canix, Portal) as well as Logistic systems (Onfleet, Wheels, Azuga)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable working around plant material (pollen/dust exposure)
