Project Coordinator

DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in Pineville, Louisiana. The position is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects, including project schedule, finances, customer and vendor relations, and maintaining engineering/project team communications and relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited vocational or academic institution in the fields of Project Management, Engineering or Technology; or a related field along with 3 years of project management experience
• 5 years of successful project management experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree
• Strong familiarity with project management practices, methods, and techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat
• Superb customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong analytical mind
• General knowledge of high voltage substations or transmission lines is preferred
