Beta Engineering is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers and project teams by ensuring that all changes in project communications are complete and delivered on time. The successful candidate will manage project documentation, schedules, and communication with manufacturers, vendors, and customers.

Requirements

• Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Manage project specific documentation
• Prepare subcontractor change orders
• Utilize scheduling tools
• Professionally call on manufacturers, vendors, and customers
• Attend and participate in project meetings and conferences calls
• Coordinate construction activities
• Manage project progress reports
• Manage project cost analysis
• Manage and coordinate design efforts
• Compile comments to design and vendor drawing reviews
• Oversee and securing all project permitting
