We're looking for an Integrations Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution of integrations with CCaaS platforms.
Requirements
- Technical Background: Prior working experience in a technical capacity (e.g., Software Engineer / Solutions Architect) or a technical educational background (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering)
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, effectively coordinating multiple internal and external technical teams
- Product Leadership: Working experience in product management, specifically leading technical products from conception through launch (ideally at a SaaS company)
- Technical Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of success in customer-facing roles, including presentations and technical discussions with executives
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Sales), customers, and technology partners
- High Agency: A proactive, ownership mindset—comfortable working with ambiguity and autonomy at a fast pace
