Senior Full Stack Engineer - QM & Coaching

Cresta is on a mission to turn every customer conversation into a competitive advantage by unlocking the true potential of the contact center. We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our QM & Coaching Team and help build and scale our no-code platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer
• Strong frontend and backend contributions to no-code or low-code platforms
• Deep understanding of modern frontend technologies and design patterns
• Backend expertise in Python, Go, or similar languages
• Strong foundation in database systems and data modeling
• Experience building platforms or tools for non-technical users
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
