Senior Product Designer, AI Builders

Cresta is hiring a Senior Product Designer to join their team and design tools that make it possible for customers to build, evaluate, and ship AI agents. The role requires experience in designing AI-driven workflows, no-code/low-code/agentic builders, and complex B2B enterprise applications.

Requirements

• Education in Design, HCI, Interaction, or 5+ years equivalent industry experience
• Experience in designing AI-driven workflows, no-code/low-code/agentic builders, or complex B2B enterprise applications
• AI-native working style: comfortable using Claude Code, Cursor, MCP, or similar tools
• Portfolio showcasing simple and elegant design solutions to complex problems
• Strong product thinking + a blend of UX disciplines (interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and user research)
• Curious, adaptable, and a quick learner who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
