Senior Demand Planner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Demand Planner to join our supply chain team and lead strategic demand planning initiatives. This role requires a data-driven professional who can analyze market trends, forecast customer demand, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure optimal inventory levels, support sales objectives, and maintain high service levels.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts using statistical models and business intelligence.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor forecast performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to manage demand planning processes.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management and Supply Chain teams to align demand plans with business objectives and qualitative information.
• Participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to present forecast insights, recommendations and consensus planning to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Partner with supply planning, procurement, and operations teams to ensure demand signals are effectively communicated throughout the supply chain
• Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting models and processes.
• Lead initiatives to improve data quality and streamline planning workflows.
• Prepare regular reports on forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and demand variability.
