Bookkeeper

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to support a diverse client base by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely, reliable reporting.

Requirements

• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reviews
• Run and analyze QuickBooks reports
• Process payroll and assist with other accounting tasks as needed
• Prepare journal entries and sales tax worksheets
• File state tax returns upon approval from staff and/or management
• Follow up on completed engagements submitted to managers for review
• Manage client accounts in a timely and effective manner
• Assist with administrative functions as needed
