Job Description
Estimator - HVAC: Review drawings, specifications, and owner documents to establish scope of work contents for estimate and other respective deliverables.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Estimating, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience
- Minimum 7 to 10 year's construction operations and estimation experience, including exposure to materials management and MEP project operations
- Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks
- Expertise with building/estimating techniques and software: *Procore, AutoCAD, REVIT
- Proven ability to handle quick turnarounds with a positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills
- Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback
- Ability to travel up to 30%
