Requirements
- 5 years of successful sales experience in HVAC or MEP commercial service
- Deep familiarity with the Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts commercial markets
- Hunter mentality with proven new business development experience
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce
