Job Description
We are looking for contractors to join our network and perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for commercial real estate transactions.
Requirements
- Environmental Professional (EP) as defined by All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI)
- 5+ years' experience conducting Phase I ESAs or related environmental assessments
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in geology, environmental science, engineering, or similar discipline
- Familiarity with Quire writing platform and templates preferred
