Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) - Contractor

We are looking for a contractor to join our network to perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and a strong understanding of environmental regulations and technical writing skills.

Requirements

• Environmental Professional (EP) as defined by All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI)
• 5+ years' experience conducting Phase I ESAs or related environmental assessments in the commercial real estate industry
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in geology, environmental science, engineering, or similar discipline (preferred)
• Familiarity with Quire writing platform and templates preferred
