Administration/ Night Manager

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administration/Night Manager to join our cruise ship team. As the Administration/Night Manager, you will oversee the night operations and provide administrative support to various departments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry or aboard cruise ships.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure smooth operations during the night shift.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to supervise and motivate a diverse team, ensuring high performance and fostering a positive work environment.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff, guests, and management during the night shift.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address and resolve issues that may arise during the night shift.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and protocols, including familiarity with safety regulations and crisis management techniques.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and software for administrative tasks, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
• Willingness to work night shifts, irregular hours, and weekends as required by the cruise ship's schedule.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected situations.
• Demonstrated reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness in handling confidential information, managing resources, and maintaining professional ethics.
