Job Description
Demi Chef de Partie responsible for up-to-standard work flow in the assigned work area of the Galley, food preparation, and related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 1 year of job experience in a modern, high standard hotels or restaurants Galley
- Qualified training as a cook
- Good knowledge of inventory management
- Knowledge of food, ingredients, recipes (modern, international cuisine) and food-cost calculations
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, cleaning agents, and chemicals
- Very good command of the German language and good command of the English language
