Job Description
We are seeking a Head Waiter to lead and motivate a team of wait staff in a fine dining restaurant, upscale hotel, or cruise ship. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory role, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and adjust to changing schedules
- Willingness to work on different cruise ships and accommodate varying itineraries
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Understanding and adherence to hygiene and safety standards
- Possession of relevant certifications in food safety, responsible alcohol service, or hospitality (advantageous)
