Job Description
Supervise and train a team of waiters and waitresses to provide exceptional service to guests on a cruise ship. Ensure timely and efficient service, maintain cleanliness and organization, and resolve guest complaints.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter or a similar supervisory role in a high-end restaurant or cruise ship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
