Job Description
Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of incinerator systems, monitor and control the incinerator process, troubleshoot and resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and train crew members on proper incinerator operation and waste management practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical or vocational training in marine engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Incinerator Technician
- Strong knowledge of incinerator systems and waste management regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
