Job Description
International Guest Services assists non-English-speaking guests with special needs and requirements in their native languages, including coordinating announcements, handling guest requests, and acting as a translator.
Requirements
- Receives and handles special requests from non-English-speaking groups and individual guests
- Works in conjunction with the Group Services Coordinator and Guest Service Manager
- Available for daily desk hours at the Guest Services Desk
- Assists at embarkation, disembarkation, and port talks
- Available to act as translator for non-English speaking guests
