Job Description
Provide translation and interpretation services for guests and crew members in multiple languages, assist with language-related inquiries and concerns, and serve as a cultural ambassador for guests.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in at least one other language commonly spoken by our guests
- Previous experience in translation, interpretation, or language services (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
- Attention to detail and accuracy in language usage
- Professionalism, discretion, and sensitivity to cultural differences
