Job Description
As a Sommelier, you will develop and maintain a comprehensive wine list, source and purchase high-quality wines, and provide exceptional wine service to guests. You will also train and supervise other crew members, conduct wine tastings, and maintain relationships with wine vendors.
Requirements
- Completed recognized sommelier certification program
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Sommelier
- Extensive knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and food and wine pairings
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service
