As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Lead, you will be responsible for building and managing HubSpot Sales + Marketing program, designing a clean data model, defining clear stages and SLAs, implementing automation, sequences/playbooks, quotes/products, dashboards/forecasting, and creating practical SOPs.
Requirements
- 3+ years building/administering HubSpot Sales Hub (Marketing Hub familiarity required)
- Hands-on success with pipelines/forecasting, sequences/playbooks, scoring/routing, Products/Quotes, dashboards, and governance
- Practical experience connecting Ads + GA4/GTM and at least one telephony/CTI tool
- Excellent documentation, training, and async collaboration skills; comfort operating as a remote contractor
