We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Executive Assistant to directly support our Co-Founder and leadership team, acting as a trusted partner to drive day-to-day operations and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

• Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings and confirm appointments
• Communicate with clients via phone and email
• Prepare, review, and manage documents
• Track tasks and follow up on deliverables
• Conduct research and organize information
• Perform administrative tasks
• Support social media management tasks
