We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Executive Assistant to directly support our Co-Founder and leadership team, helping drive day-to-day operations, streamline communication, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring priorities, meetings, and deadlines are well-coordinated
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication
• Prepare, review, and manage documents, including agreements and internal reports
• Conduct research and organize information to support business and operational needs
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
