We are seeking a Senior Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing lead generation and referral development strategy. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in lead generation, outreach campaigns, appointment setting, or referral development, and a strong analytical ability to interpret metrics and optimize outreach performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in lead generation, outreach campaigns, appointment setting, or referral development (healthcare/home care strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume lead pipelines and outbound/referral campaign strategies
• Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics and optimize outreach performance
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• High organizational discipline and strong follow-through
• Demonstrated judgement, confidentiality, and professional ethics
