Senior Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to design, execute, and manage lead generation and referral development strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, research, outreach, qualification, and scheduling of pre-assessment appointments, as well as managing referral outreach campaigns to increase inbound and outbound referral opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in lead generation, outreach campaigns, appointment setting, or referral development (healthcare/home care strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume lead pipelines and outbound/referral campaign strategies
• Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics and optimize outreach performance
