Requirements
- 3+ years experience in lead generation, outreach campaigns, appointment setting, or referral development (healthcare/home care strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume lead pipelines and outbound/referral campaign strategies
- Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics and optimize outreach performance
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
