Job Description
Crunch Fitness is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals passionate about health and fitness to join their team as Group Fitness Instructors. This role emphasizes a 'no judgments' philosophy and offers a chance to inspire others to reach their fitness goals through innovative and cutting-edge classes. Instructors will lead members through engaging and safe fitness experiences, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
Requirements
- At least six months teaching in a group exercise format
- Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and group exercise principles
- Knowledge of basic physiology and body mechanics
- Performance of a variety of exercise routines
- Positive and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot audio equipment
- Group fitness certification by ACE, AFAA, ACSM
- Current CPR certification and basic first aid training
- Minimum of 6 months teaching in a group environment
- Physical demands including lifting, bending, squatting, and other exercises
