Commercial Counsel

Cribl is a remote-first company looking for a Commercial Counsel to join its high-performing, collegial and prominent Commercial team. The role will involve reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, as well as providing expert legal advice to sales and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial in-house role at a technology company or similar technical experience
• Juris Doctorate and a relevant license to practice law in good standing
• Experience supporting and collaborating with sales and partner channel teams in a technology company to achieve business objectives within the risk parameters established by the Legal team
• Conversant with business and legal operations systems such as Ironclad, Salesforce and Guru
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency, collaboratively in a team-focused environment
