Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic IT Trainer to empower our people to get the most from our technology, design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, and leverage new features and capabilities to improve processes and deliver exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Conduct training needs analyses to understand the requirements of different teams and projects
- Design and deliver training in multiple formats
- Develop comprehensive training curriculums, materials, and resources
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content to ensure continuous improvement
- Keep up to date with the latest technology features and updates
- Support business change initiatives through post-live drop-in sessions, coaching clinics, and targeted training interventions
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to identify training needs from support trends
- Assist in measuring and reporting on training effectiveness against team, department, and business objectives
