Account Executive I

Crisis Prevention Institute is seeking an Account Executive I to drive sales initiatives and form lasting partnerships in the education and healthcare markets. The role involves championing customer success, driving retention, and expanding existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling of CPI's programs, products, and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• One or more years of successful sales experience
• Proven experience in an account management, customer success, or 'farmer' sales role
• Familiarity with contract renewal and negotiation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms
• Residency within, and ability to travel throughout, the assigned territory
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements to ensure unrestricted access to CPI customer sites
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
