Executive Protection Agent - Residential Security Team (RST)

We are seeking a highly disciplined and proactive protector with a strong background in residential security, executive protection, or emergency response. You will be responsible for monitoring and securing property boundaries, gates, and entry points, and will be part of our elite Residential Security Team.

Requirements

• Prior work in Residential Security Teams (RST), Executive Protection, Military, Law Enforcement, or Emergency Response
• Familiarity with estate operations and high-net-worth residential environments
• Valid Guard Card & Firearm Permit
• U.S. Passport & Driver’s License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA; CPR/AED Certification
• Completion of Residential Security or Executive Protection Academy
• Background Investigation & Drug Screening
• Ability to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
• Prior military or law enforcement experience
• LEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit (when/where applicable)
• Specialized training in emergency medicine, crisis management, or surveillance
• Experience with estate management systems and smart home security platforms
