Executive Protection Agent - Residential Security Team (RST)

We're seeking a highly disciplined and proactive protector with a strong background in residential security, executive protection, or emergency response. As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be responsible for safeguarding high-profile residences and the individuals within, while delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• Prior work in Residential Security Teams (RST), Executive Protection, Military, Law Enforcement, or Emergency Response
• Familiarity with estate operations and high-net-worth residential environments
• Valid Guard Card & Firearm Permit
• U.S. Passport & Driver's License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA; CPR/AED Certification
• Completion of Residential Security or Executive Protection Academy
• Background Investigation & Drug Screening
• Ability to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
• Strong situational awareness and tactical mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
• Familiarity with residential security technologies and protocols
