Job Description
We are seeking a Global Operations Coordinator with strong customer skills to manage all elements of Medical and Security Assistance/Emergency Response service delivery professionally in an international setting. Previous experience working in Medical and Security Assistance, Insurance, contact centre or customer service is preferred.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in Medical and Security Assistance, Insurance, contact centre or customer service
- Fluency in English and French, with a further European language as a significant advantage
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent English and French communication skills
- Empathy towards customers facing health/security situations overseas, clients, and colleagues
