Job Description
Join the Crisis24 team as a GSOC Lead and lead the Global Security Operations Center team to deliver unparalleled security services, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to the highest industry standards. As a GSOC Lead, you will oversee and lead the GSOC team, develop strategic vision and operational oversight, and ensure seamless 24/7 operations focused on threat detection, risk assessment, and incident response.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Interest or direct experience in Executive Protection, Intelligence, Operations, Critical Incident Management, or Corporate Security
- Current technologies and open-source search methodologies
- Microsoft Suite, Slack, and other similar tools
- NDA and maintain strict confidentiality
- Effective communication, both verbally and in writing
- Organizational and time management skills
- Successful client management experience
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts, days and nights
- Experience working with Genetec (CCTV/Alarm Monitoring) is strongly preferred
