Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. The role involves taking ownership of the full contract lifecycle, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, and supporting cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years' experience supporting an in-house legal team or working within a law firm
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts end-to-end
- The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Close attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Flexibility to collaborate across UK, US, and APAC time zones
