Bilingual Sales Intake Manager

We are seeking a Sales Intake Manager to support and elevate our intake process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, brings strong consultative sales instincts, and can help create a smooth and supportive experience for prospective clients from first contact through engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in sales, intake, business development, or client conversion roles
• Strong proficiency in both Spanish and English
• Experience in personal injury, legal services, or other professional services environments is a plus
• High integrity, strong follow-through, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset
