This role owns marketing execution infrastructure and has authority to implement systems, restructure workflows, upgrade talent, and enforce operational standards across marketing with executive backing.
Requirements
- 8–12 years in marketing operations or integrated marketing leadership
- Experience in high-growth environment ($50M+ revenue preferred)
- Managed multi-channel teams (8–15+ contributors)
- Built and enforced operational systems at scale
- Deep fluency in marketing KPIs across digital and traditional media
- Financial literacy: understands pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, and revenue impact
