Job Description
We are looking for an Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our firm, greeting in-office visitors and answering inbound calls with professionalism and empathy. The role plays a pivotal role in ensuring every client feels welcomed and valued from the moment they reach out.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in legal intake, preferably within estate planning, probate, elder law, or real estate
- Exceptional communication and customer-first mindset
- Strong scheduling, calendar management, and data capture skills
- Highly reliable, punctual, adaptable to changing situations, and driven by a no-excuses mentality
- Familiarity with estate planning, probate processes, and real estate law
